Poster and paper presentations

Oral presentations:

A full suite of audio-visual facilities are available at the venue. The preferred format for computer-projected presentation is PowerPoint for Windows (XP, Office 2003). Presentations should be supplied on CD or memory stick. A preview-room for speakers will be available.

Posters:

Posters must not exceed A0 size (841mm x 1189mm) and have a VERTICAL (portrait) orientation. Posters will be displayed in the walk-around poster hallway and each session will have a specific time for authors to be beside their posters.

A book, using an international publisher, will be produced, based upon the keynote presentations plus additional chapters derived from selected offered oral and poster contributions. The volume will be peer-reviewed and all registered delegates will receive a copy upon publication. Instructions to authors will be issued as content is confirmed.
